From ocean to oven...

We source these cracking little crustaceans from the warm waters of Southeast Asia.

Then we bring them back to Whitby, North Yorkshire, where we coat them in a punchy marinade and our crisp, golden crumb.

How to cook:

Oven bake: 8-10 mins

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Remove all packaging and place the prawns on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 8-10 mins, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp and golden. Tuck in.
