From ocean to oven...

Goujons – a bit of a fancy name for tasty strips of succulent fish.

We catch our cod in the deep, chilly waters of the North East Atlantic and prepare the goujons here in Whitby, North Yorksire…

How to cook:

Always cook from frozen. The instructions below are just a guide; do make sure our goujons arepiping hot throughout before serving.

oven bake: 12 mins
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Remove all packaging and place the goujons on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 12-14 mins, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden. Tuck in.

grill: 10 mins
Preheat grill. Remove product from packaging and grill for 10 mins, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp and golden.

deep fry: 4 mins
Remove all packaging and place the goujons into hot oil (180°C). Deep fry for 3½-4 mins until crisp and golden. Scoff before someone else does.

Vitamin A is food for your eyes – and fish is full of it, so pile up your plate and tuck in. It’s pretty good for your skin, too.
