Whitby Seafoods has a growing retail business and a selection of oven-bake products for cooking at home are available from a major retailer near you.

 

Whitby Breaded Scampi
Delicious wholetail scampi in crispy breadcrumbs. Enjoy our famous, succulent scampi at home, you can oven bake in 20 minutes (250g).

Extra Large Prawns
Cooked and Peeled. The largest prawns available in the UK (200g)

Garlic & Ginger Prawns
Large warm water prawns, marinated in garlic and ginger, and coated in a delicious crumb (250g).

Hot'n'Spicy Prawns Large warm water prawns, in a "Hot'n'Spicy' marinade, coated in a delicious crumb (250g).
Fillet Goujons
Sustainable fish fillets coated in golden breadcrumbs (400g).

Whitby Seafoods have been working with the Marine Conservation Society to enable consumers to make a more informed choice regarding seafood sustainability when looking at their branded range when shopping. Their new packaging design for the Whitby Range, now the fastest growing brand in frozen seafood, will now follow the Marine Conservation Society guidelines for information to include on packaging, and has their full approval. The packaging, which contains scientific name; capture area and capture method of the species used, will be launched in early 2010 on Whitby Scampi, and then will be rolled out on the whole range. The new information included means that consumers can identify the sustainability of their products when making buying decisions.
