From ocean to oven...

Goujons – a bit of a fancy name for our tasty strips of succulent fish

We catch our cod in the deep, chilly waters of the north-east Atlantic and prepare our goujons here in Whitby, North Yorksire…

How to cook:

Oven bake: 10-12 mins

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Remove all packaging and place the goujons on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 10-12 mins, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp and golden. Tuck in.
