From ocean to oven...

This whole scampi is a proper treat. Surprisingly crisp on the outside and top notch inside you’d never know it was gluten free.

We have taken whole langoustine tails responsibly sourced from the waters around the British Isles and carefully wrapped them in our brilliant gluten free crumb.

How to cook:

Oven cook – From Frozen: Always cook from frozen.

The instructions below are just a guide: Do make sure our scampi is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/ gas mark 7.
Remove all packaging and place the scampi on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Bake for 18 mins, turning half way through cooking, until crisp and golden. Tuck in.
