Cooking Instructions. For best results, cook from chilled. The instructions below are just a guide; do make sure our goujons are piping hot throughout before serving. Once cooled, please do not reheat.
Oven Bake: 12-14 mins. Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C fan/gas mark 7. Remove all packaging and place the goujons on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 12-14 mins, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp and golden. Tuck in.
Air fry: 8-10 mins. Based on 1400W 4 litre air fryer. Set temperature to 180°C. Remove all packaging and place the goujons into the fryer in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
