Pollock (fish) 50%, wheat flour [wheat flour, calcium, niacin (B3), iron, folic acid, thiamine (B1)], water, wheat starch, rapeseed oil, salt, garlic powder, yeast, onion powder, yeast extract, concentrate (caramelised carrot, carrot), colour: paprika extract; black pepper; thyme extract; sage extract; parsley oil; rosemary extract; garlic extract.
Always cook from frozen. The instructions below are just a guide, ensure our fish bites are piping hot throughout before serving. Once cooled, don't reheat. Oven Bake: 16 mins. Preheat to 220°C / 200°C for fan / gas mark 7. Remove all packaging and place the bites on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 16 mins, turn halfway through cooking, until crisp and golden.
Air Fry: 10 mins. Based on 1400W 4L Air Fryer. Set temperature to 190°C. Remove packaging, place fish bites into the air fryer in a single layer and air fry for 10 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
